A little early to be a Gamer...

This picture shows what Luca was up to last night. As Nico and Noah and I were working on Math Flash cards and homework, Luca grabbed the X-Box controller, dragged it over to the video rocker, jumped on and started to pretend he was playing X-Box while rocking back and forth. It seemed like a kodak moment.

I guess he's seen big brothers do that a little too much.

The Moose on the Loose

Those of you that know Luca well, know that he can be a bit...okay a lot naughty at times. He gets his nickname the "Moose" not so much for his size (yeah, he's small), but for his attitude. It doesn't help that he's constantly "on the move". It seems though that lately he's become a somewhat "bad" influence on his little cousin James and has been causing him to learn some tricks that he shouldn't be.

Today at Nana's house Luca allegedly "helped" cousin James down the basement steps. One minute they were pkaying nicely in the living room and the next all was quiet. Luca managed to note that the door to the basement was left slightly ajar. As we can all imagine in baby-speak, I guess it went something like this...

"Hey James, looks like the door is open."
step, step, step..."Hey, it IS open".
"Come on James, lets go play".
scoot, scoot ,scoot. "Come on James, I'll help you."
"Is Nana looking?"
"Nope, she's still in the kitchen".
"Okay, take my hand and I'll help you down."
scoot, scoot, pull, pull, step, step, pull
"al...most....there"
"oops, there goes James"
giggle, giggle.
"Be quiet, Nana's coming"

Or something like that......
All we know is they both managed to get all the way down the stairs and Nana found them with James laughing and Luca looking guilty (Believe me, we know that face well). Somehow I think it's only just begun with these two... thank goodness noone was hurt!
